A year ago we were on our journey to the Netherlands, when our car broke down, not far away from Hunxe. It was quite late, almost 4 pm and we were afraid that the car repair shop will be closed, but we were lucky. Autohaus Röder was opened and they diagnosed our car immediately. While we waited for the results, we were offered coffee. People there were wery willing and helpful and they explained us that a component is broken and they ordered it right away. They even allowed us to stay the night in their yard in our caravan. The component arrived in the night, and first thing in the morning they installed it into our car and at 9 am we were good to go. Autohaus Röder literally saved our vacation and we are deeply indebted to them for their help. Gratefully, Halenár family.

Meine Frau war am 1.3 bei der Werkstatt gewesen weil eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt worden istdie auch vernünftig erklärt worden ist

Von Vorne bis Hinten zufrieden! Schnell, freundlich, zuverlässig, offen, spontan und lässig! Auto ist in einem 1A Zustand ausgeliefert worden. Liebe Grüße aus dem Sauerland an Herrn Leitinger!
So kann man natürlich auch potentielle Neukunden vergraulen. Wenn schon zum vereinbarten Termin einer Probefahrt kein Auto mehr zur Verfügung steht, wäre zumindest eine Absage wünschenswert. Mir dann ein anderes Modell anzubieten hilft nicht wirklich eine Kaufentscheidung zu treffen.
